Knowledge Question:-
What factors limit our knowledge in the different domains, such as science, art or history? 1 domain of your choice.
So Science is a vast area of knowledge. That is why I have chosen the Science domain. It consists of many different branches and many divisions. The information under these different areas of science is of a large amount in extreme detail. There are many limitations when it comes to science, but apart from the actual scientific limitations there are limitations related to global issues.
The first limitation I am addressing is the language in different countries So as you know science is constantly building everyday, and people who are working hard in the science field keep discovering things everyday. These discoveries are not made in only one particular place in the world. There are many discoveries made across the entire world. So now if a particular country makes a groundbreaking discovery and wants to share it to the rest of the world, the communication methods to get his or her message across would be very hard because of the language barrier between different continents or countries.
Next there are different things that would effect the discovery itself. For example scientists face trouble perfecting there inventions or discoveries in order to actually work. The idea cant be given without a proper working strategy. Developing these ideas are very challenging and scientists face trouble in doing these things. Sometimes people develop this thing called scientist block where the brain has actually thought so much that nothing comes to the mind. It is mainly caused by stress and anxiety or overworking.
Another term I am introducing is parochialism, this is also another important reason why some research is still going on for long periods of time. Some people have this narrow mindedness. This prevents them from exploring large ideas of information and they end up just sticking to one particular area which may not hold the idea or answers needed for their investigation or discovery.
Poverty also has a link to science. Here not only higher class people with all the facilities can make groundbreaking discoveries. Some discoveries come from the smallest minds to the smallest places. It is sad however that some people coming from poor backgrounds have not been given the chance to test their discoveries because of their lack of resources or labs needed for that kind of investigation. So these kind of basic inventions go unrecognized. Not all people have the facilities to be able to explore the vast area of science. In conclusion I would like to say that science is a very vast area of knowledge and can still be expanded by overcoming all of these barriers and many more
